Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

All RSVPs will be done through this website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, where you can select your attendance, choose your meal preferences, and let us know if you have any special requests or dietary restrictions. We kindly ask that you RSVP by October 1st. This will help us finalize all the details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

For the welcome party on Friday night, we are requesting dressy-casual/semi-formal attire. For men, this means a button-down with a sports coat and slacks. No tie is necessary. For women, you can wear a casual dress. For the ceremony and reception on Saturday night, we are requesting formal wear. For men, this means suits, or button down shirts and dress pants with a tie or bow tie. For women, floor-length dresses are preferred, but knee length and midi cocktail dresses are welcome. Please refrain from wearing navy blue as that is the color of the bridal party.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know as you're selecting your entreé. All meals can be modified, we just need to let the caterer know!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know as you RSVP and denote their age so we can properly accommodate their meals. For those that already let us know your kids won't be attending, we did not include them in your RSVP but let us know if your plans change.

Question

What is the weather like?

Answer

Historic temperatures in mid-November have been on average a high of 50F and a low of 33F. Recent years have had daytime temperatures up to a high of 62F, however it can be variable. We advise to bring a warm jacket and accessories if needed. Coat racks will be available at the venue. Heaters will be available for the ceremony and cocktail hour.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue by 4:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm.

Question

Is the celebration indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony is planned to be outdoors in the courtyard at the 124 on Queen Hotel and Spa. Heaters will be available. Rain plan would move it indoors. Cocktail hour and reception will be indoors at The Gate House with options to lounge around their heated patio.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be noted in the RSVP section of the website. Please RSVP for both you and your guest by the deadline. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating together!

Question

How do I get to and from the venue?

Answer

We want to make it as easy as possible for you. Here are transportation options available 1. Walking from Local Hotels: Niagara-on-the-Lake has beautiful scenery and is pedestrian-friendly. 2. Taxi Service. Ubers and Lyfts are hard to come by. 3. For guests that are driving in, The Gate House has complimentary parking if you are staying at their hotel. All other guests can park for free on all streets not on Queen Streets, closest ones are Johnson, Gate, and Prideaux Street. Paid parking is available on Queen Street.

Question

Will there be an after-party?

Answer

For anyone who wants to continue the party after midnight, Tiffany and Gordon will be at the Irish Harp Pub until they close at 1am. It is not expected nor required.
