I do!
Gabe and Tiffany met freshman year at Baylor in 2013 when they were both Theatre Majors! Tiffany was having a tough time acclimating to Baylor's culture and wasn't having a great time meeting people she deemed "cool" on her first week of college she wrote in her journal, and i quote. "Baylor traditions are so LAME. There was this "serenade" event tonight. The boys all dressed up and sang and dance for you then ask you to dance and you meet your husband... YAY! (lol not) It was weird and awkward and you just get that 7th grade "no one wants to dance with me" feeling then, after serenade the "Martin Mixer"... I won't even bother explaining that because I'll remember that forever. But, I did get to meet Gabe Lipton who has been the coolest person I've met at Baylor (except for my roommate, she rocks) But Gabe is the only person I've liked so far." (8/25/13) Freshman to Junior year Gabe and Tiffany were great friends, performed in Baylor's improv group Guerrilla Troupe together and took many many classes together in the Theatre Department. Gabe cast Tiffany in some of his iconic film projects for class such as "Bored." Their Junior year Tiffany and Gabe were cast as a married couple in "Moon Over Buffalo" where they had to kiss on stage!!! This was when Tiffany started to have a crush on Gabe but didn't say anything. After the play they were cast as lovers in a grad student movie musical and that's when they decided that they both *secretly* liked each other. One day at Common Grounds (baylor!!!!) Gabe told Tiffany "I need to tell you something later that is important, don't let me forget" while they were studying together. Tiffany spiraled for the next few hours thinking Gabe was going to tell her something really bad or that someone in his family was sick or deliver some kind of serious news. As they were walking out to the car Tiffany said "What was it you wanted to tell me?" and Gabe paused. They got into the car. And he said "Don't get weird... but... I sort of think I like you" and Tiffany replied "Ok.. I like you too" and Gabe said "Woah! Really!" After that they sat and talked for a few hours on the logistics of how they were going to start dating becuase they were already in pretty deep on how much they liked each other. They became official boyfriends and girlfriends at the end of April in 2015, Graduated from Baylor together in 2017. Moved to Spokane together in 2019, and got engaged in March 2021! The last 6 years together have been filled with laughter and great conversations, tons of movies and improv and sketch comedy, plays and music and lots of love! Fun Facts* - Gabe wrote Tiffany a love song Titled "Don't Get Weird" based on the day he told her he liked her!
