It all started in January of 2016 when Clifton was shopping for his newly bought Georgia home at Bed Bath & Beyond. Little did he know that he would meet his future wife that day. Tiffany was working her way through Dental Hygiene school at Bed Bath & Beyond and saw a lost man shopping for shower curtains. Tiffany asked Clifton if he needed any help and he insistent that he did not! Thirty minutes later Clifton was still staring blankly at the shower curtains, this time Tiffany insistent that she help him. As Tiffany assisted Clifton in finding everything for his new home, they got to talking and it was obvious they were both attracted to each other. After helping Clifton furnish his new home, Tiffany began to hope that Clifton would ask her on a date. Tiffany learned Clifton was in the Air Force and had just came from Korea. Tiffany told Clifton that her father was in Korea with the Air Force currently as a Chief. Clifton then asked what his name was, and after Tiffany replied with the name of her father Clifton had a huge smirk on his face. It turned out that Clifton knew Tiffany’s father, and that Chief Christian had actually sent Clifton on orders to Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. They both laughed at the irony and Tiffany thought to herself, “If he knows my father then he surely is not going to ask for my number now”. After another few minutes of talking Clifton expressed how beautiful Tiffany was and asked if he could have her number so they could go on a date sometime. Tiffany thought to herself, “Surely if he knows my father and still wants to date me, he can’t be such a bad guy”. They had their first date at Outback Steakhouse and moved in together five months later. They have been inseparable for the last three years. They both have embraced the role of Stepparent’s to their two children Jaylen and Adonis. They are so excited to see what the future has in store for us. In March/April we should know where our next Base is with the Air Force.
