We first met in 2010, however, our love story began in 2012. Since then, we have built a pretty good life together. A life that's included moving in with one another, having a baby boy, buying a house, buying a second house, and having a baby girl. Many would say we did things backwards (you now the song…first comes love, then comes marriage…), but we say we did things on our own time…all the while in love, all the while happy.

It was December 30, 2018 and Tiffany was upstairs preparing to head out to brunch with friends to celebrate the holidays. Unbeknownst to her, Charles was downstairs prepping 4 year old Carter for the impending proposal. Tiffany came down the stairs to find Carter greeting her with an open ring box and he utters the sweetest words she's ever heard, “Mommy, will you marry daddy?” He then quickly hands her the box and runs off to play with a new Christmas toy (4 year olds for you!). Charles, who was on one knee behind Carter then takes the box from Tiffany, removes the ring and asks her to marry him. The moment was perfect.
