Any reservations made outside of the block, will be subject to minimum night stay requirements at the retail rate. In the event that you would like to arrive earlier than the days of our wedding block, please contact the hotels sales department to arrange accommodations at 262.200.2900 ext. 2262. Guest Check-in is after 4:00PM on your reserved date of arrival. Early Check-in requests cannot be offered or guaranteed on weekends from May through November. Breakfast is included with your stay with service from 7:30am-10:30am on Saturday and Sunday. Guests can make reservations by phone through the hotel at 262.200.2900. They must request a room within the The Kais Wedding Celebration Accommodations Block, Group Code: TBK to receive a room within the block at the group rate.
