Question

What is the date and time of the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 3pm. Please be sure to arrive early to enjoy the pre-ceremony festivities!

Where is the wedding ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at Fortune Valley Manor, located at 248 Old Stage Road, Saugerties, NY 12477.

What if I arrive late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 3pm. If you arrive late to the venue, do not panic! Keep in mind, however, that you will not be permitted to drive down to the parking lot until the ceremony is over. This policy ensures that the special moments are not disrupted by traffic. If you do arrive late, you will have two options: 1) The venue will provide valet service and permit you to walk down to the barn and ceremony area. They will then drive your car down to the lot after the ceremony, park for you, and return your keys. 2) You can wait until the ceremony is over and drive down to park your car when one of the Fortune Valley Manors employees lets you know that the ceremony is over and traffic will no longer cause a disruption.

Will shuttles be provided?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing shuttle service for our guests to and from the Wedding venue. Shuttle times and pickup locations will be shared closer to the wedding date to ensure everyone has an easy and convenient way to get there.

Yes, there is on-site parking available at the venue.

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, please! We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 21, 2025 so we can finalize our guest count. You can RSVP directly on this website under the "RSVP" section.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are looking forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family. The invitation is extended to the person listed on your RSVP. If you're unsure, feel free to check with us directly.

While we love your little ones, this is an adult-only event. We hope you understand and can join us for a fun, kid-free celebration!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The attire for our wedding is semi-formal. While a full suit isn’t required, we kindly ask that guests avoid jeans or khakis. Our wedding party will be dressed in auburn, so we recommend avoiding this color to help them stand out. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour (weather permitting) will take place outdoors on grass. We suggest wearing block heels, wedges, or flats for comfort and stability.

We kindly ask that you leave the photos to our professional photographer during the ceremony, so we can make sure everyone is in the moment. We’ll have plenty of opportunities for photos after the ceremony and during the reception!

What happens after the reception ends?

Answer

Yes! The celebration doesn’t stop after the reception. We’ll be hosting an after-party at Fortune Valley Manor to keep the fun going! Light food will be served, so feel free to grab a bite while we unwind together. To stay comfortable, we encourage you to bring a change of cozy and casual clothes. It’s the perfect way to relax and enjoy the rest of the evening with us! Shuttles will be provided to ensure everyone can easily and safely return to their hotel and/or Airbnb accommodations.
