Andrew and Tiffany met at their place of employment in September of 2017. Andrew arrived as an ambitious intern who was nervous about getting into a new romantic relationship. Tiffany, at this time already a full time employee, was also hesitant with forming a new relationship. Upon meeting one another, both Andrew and Tiffany had a clear attraction to each other, but taking the steps to explore the possibilities of a new relationship was still scary for both. However, Andrew and Tiffany had a supportive staff, (fellow co workers☺️) who saw the connection, similarities, and attraction Andrew and Tiffany had for each other, and they worked behind the scenes to encourage Andrew and Tiffany to reduce their apprehensions and take the bold step towards trying. So after a few months of polite greetings and brief conversations, Andrew, filled with butterflies in his tummy, finally decided to man up and take the first step at taking things further by asking Tiffany for her phone number and a date. Tiffany was flattered by Andrew’s initiation and was happy to accept Andrew’s offer. Andrew and Tiffany went on multiple dates thereafter, and became more in love every time they met. They decided to declare themselves as a couple on January 20th 2018, and the rest was history. The nervousness and hesitancy they both had towards a new relationship was replaced with feelings of excitement, eagerness, understanding and genuine love. Andrew and Tiffany spent the next 4 years traveling the world with each other, spending time with each other’s families and friends, supporting one another during difficult times, and striving together to incorporate GOD into their relationship. Which finally brings them to this special moment in time. A moment when Andrew and Tiffany take their love for one another and make a commitment to God through the blessing of marriage. I knew by the end of 2020 that 2021 was going to be the year I would propose. I was very excited to pop the question but also a bit nervous with how. I wanted to make the proposal as special as possible. I wanted to ensure it was a beautiful experience for my beautiful fiancé. So I chose to propose in the Island of Antigua, after we were invited there by friends in August 2021. My secret was almost blown when the ring went off at the security check point in the airport. Tiffany stood right in front of the security guard as he checked my bag, luckily the guard was cool and noticed my eye winks and ring finger gestures at him indicating theres a wedding ring in the bag, he never pulled it out. I originally wanted to propose on the beach, but Tiffany and I had a lunch excursion that changed my mind. The excursion scenery was breathtaking, from the pool we were in, to the ocean background, and the dish of fruits with champagne floating around us, I had to make this the moment. Tiffany loves pictures so I asked her to let me take a pic of her facing the ocean. Tiffany took the pic. I then asked her to turn around and face me, Tiffany turned around, and there I was, on one knee with the ring in my hand and heart beating out my chest. Tiffany was so surprised and emotional as tears began to form in her eyes. I popped the question and she said yes. It was such a loving moment that we will never forget. ❤️
