What are the colors?

Answer

We are asking that guest to wear either red or black. No Ivory as only the wedding party will have in Ivory Definitely NO WHITE.

Is the wedding children Friendly?

Answer

No, no children will be permitted in the venue. The reason for this is there will be alcohol served throughout the event. This is an adult only event.

Do I need to add my address and rsvp

Answer

Yes please add your address to the guest list for the invitations and you must RSVP once the cards are sent out.

What if I’m running late to the wedding?

Answer

The Bride is very punctual. Once the first member of the wedding party starts to enter the room the doors of entry for the guest will be closed (by security) and no one will be allowed to enter until the entire wedding party has finished entering. This includes the Bride. Be early for good seats and so you don’t miss anything.

Will there be a special rate if I am coming from out of town to stay at the Hyatt?

Answer

Yes there is a room block. You can reserve your room as a link will be provided. Just ask the Bride or the wedding planner.
