After both of us being stressed at how many times financial aid would have us go back to the office to submit more documents, one day it was all worth it. In July of 2018, we both had to go to the office in Valencia College to submit more papers. As I walk in, Adiel was already registering himself at the desk and I was next. I remember just seeing him and somehow knowing I would one day be saying this story. The office was super full and the only seat available was the one in between Adiel and my sister Ariana. I sat down and started conversing with Ari and he turns to me and asks "tu hablas español?", I responded yes and our connection started growing from that moment. Seven years later, here we are planning our wedding where we will promise a lifetime together.
