Yes, there will be a card box and guest book (of some sort :) )

Is the reception at a different location from the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony is located at the baseball field at Las Vegas High School. The reception will be immediately following the ceremony located at a residence in North Las Vegas.
