Are kids allowed to the wedding ceremony and reception?

We love the kids but unfortunately this will be an ADULTS ONLY event minus the ones of the immediate family and wedding party.

Formal or cocktail attire please. NO Jeans, NO T-Shirts/Sweats, NO leggings!
