We met in college in Florence SC. Mark was from Greenwood SC and I was from Sumter. It was back in 2019 - We would see each other around campus all the time but Mark was rather quiet, he always had in headphone and didn't say much. I, on the other hand had just became an AKA and became very active around campus (basically, the exact opposite of Mark lol). So one day, I was walking back to my on-campus apartment after class and lo and behold who did I see leaving out of the SAME apartment building, Mark. I was so shocked, this quiet guy that I secretly had a crush on lives in the same building as me. As days would pass by, I would see Mark coming in and out of the apartment building; he would hold the door for me but wouldn't say anything (only smiled and nod). Well, Winter break came and we had to leave campus for school, just so happened Mark is my friend on Snapchat.... well before you know it Mark proposed to me in the Bahamas on July 13th 2024. Our first date was ice cream and Tacos lol. Now, we are living in Atlanta with our fur baby, Stormy! Well, that's all folks :) That is how we met!
