For your comfort and convenience, we have made the following hotel arrangements for 11/10/2022 and/or 11/11/2022. A limited number of rooms have been reserved at a special rate for the occasion. To make a reservation, please click the link. If nightly rates do not show $119/night before taxes, select 'Edit Stay' and enter Group Code VWB. Additionally, guests who stay at the hotel are provided with complimentary transportation in the form of two coach buses, which will pick up the guests at the hotel, take them to the venue, and return them to the hotel. Buses are scheduled to leave at 2:30 pm sharp so please be waiting in the front of the hotel for the buses 15 minutes beforehand.
