Is there a dress code?

Answer

We suggest semi-formal or cocktail attire for guests. Both are a step above casual attire without being overly formal.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We suggest staying at the Sandwich Lodge and Resort. This is the hotel we will be staying at, and it is only the guests staying at this hotel will have transportation to and from the reception and after-party. Call (508) 888-2275 ext 0 to make a reservation in the room block under Dempsey-Tierney Wedding.

How do I book a room and the Sandwich Lodge and Resort? It says they're booked....

Answer

We have a room block at the Sandwich Lodge and Resort until FEBRUARY 20! Unfortunately, the hotel is not allowing bookings online for the spring and summer. In order to book, call (+1 508) 888-2275 ext 0 to make a reservation in the room block. This is a direct line to the reservation desk (do not follow phone instructions!) Mention the group Name: Dempsey Tierney Wedding. There is no minimum night stay; if the hotel representatives say that is the case, please send Billy or Becca a text.

Should I RSVP online or by mail?

Answer

Feel free to do either! But be sure to RSVP by April 1, 2025 please.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held in a church, and the reception will be under a tent with heaters. So, it should be warm enough, but we encourage you to bring layers.

What is weather like in April on Cape Cod?

Answer

The temperature can range from 20 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Layers are encouraged.

Can I bring a plus one?

We kindly request that only those listed on the invitation join us in celebrating our special day. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring my child?

Answer

We kindly ask that children attend only if specifically named in the invitation. Thank you for your understanding! If there is confusion about this, please reach out to Becca or Billy.

Is there parking available near the reception?

Answer

Yes, plenty of parking is available at The Sagamore, along with wheelchair access! Additionally, a shuttle will be provided to those staying at the Sandwich Lodge and Resort from the hotel to the reception and back -or to the after-party and then back.

Are there alternative food options available at the reception?

Answer

If you have an allergy or are vegetarian, please indicate so on your food selection, and we will contact you with alternative options.
