The Edgewater

This is where our wedding will take place. The day after our wedding we'll also host a Brunch With The Newlyweds here. Check-in at 4pm on either Friday or Saturday, but it's worth asking whether an early check-in can be accommodated (the hotel will be happy to check your luggage in the mean time if early check-in is not possible). The Edgewater is also home to two wonderful restaurant/bars, perfect for grabbing a drink or a bite while you're in town for our big day. Transportation

The Edgewater runs a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport, and other locations within a two-miles radius of the hotel upon request. Overnight parking is $32/night. Limited street parking available nearby.

The Madison Concourse Hotel

The Madison Concourse Hotel is another great option if you're looking to save a little on accommodations — it's right in the heart of downtown Madison, just a short walk from The Edgewater. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and you'll be steps from great restaurants and bars either way. We'd recommend it without hesitation! Check in is at 3p, plenty of time to arrive/settle down, get ready, and make your way to The Edgewater (five minute walk) for our ceremony at 5p. The booking link defaults to a double queen room, if you would like to explore other options feel free to call the hotel and inquire about availability (make sure to mention you're part of Tierney & Jacob's room block!)

MSN is a 15 minute drive from The Edgewater. An Uber will likely cost $15-25 between the airport/hotel

If you are flying into ORD or coming from Chicago, Van Galder runs almost-hourly busses between downtown Chicago/O'Hare airport and downtown Madison. A bus schedule is available here
