How can we celebrate at home?

Answer

We'll have a Zoom meeting to livestream the wedding ceremony as it happens. We've asked some friends and family to RSVP online to receive some wedding favors and details, but all are welcome to join! Simply use the Zoom link included here to tune in. Use your favorite drink as a toast, blow some bubbles, or get creative to celebrate with us from afar! We're having an after party at Lulu's Downstairs that's open to anyone if you'd like to join us afterward as well. Although we may not be able to see you now, we're looking forward to seeing you all and celebrating in person sometime soon!

What if I'm not comfortable traveling or coming in person quite yet?

Answer

We completely understand! Even if we can't see you in person we'd love to see you join us virtually. Just let us know as soon as you can so we can adjust accordingly.

What's the elevation like?

Answer

Manitou Springs is at 6,400 feet and the venue is at 9,000 feet above sea level. Please prepare yourself accordingly by staying thoroughly hydrated, minding your drinks, and eating a meal before we leave. Oxygen will be available on the bus and venue as well if needed.

How many guests will be at the in-person event?

Answer

The venue allows a maximum of 40 people, excluding hired personnel.

Are masks required?

Answer

Masks are required on the bus ride to the venue and are optional once we arrive. This is subject to change to adhere to Colorado's guidelines at the time.

Will it be cold there in October?

Answer

Great question! The weather in Colorado fluctuates every few hours and can be unpredictable. Although we usually expect mild Spring weather during early October, and snow much later in the month, we would still recommend packing a variety of layers to ensure you're prepared for any weather that's thrown our way. Consider preparing for both cold and warm temperatures when packing.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

Yes, smoking tobacco and greens are allowed outside. Just be considerate of others.
