We’re getting married!

We got engaged on the beach in Kauai, the morning after historical storms and flooding threatened to cancel the entire thing. Poor Jordan spent three days secretly taking panicked phone calls and texts from the photographer, the decor people, and both of our parents as they all wondered if the island would recover in time for the proposal he had planned... Sure enough, we landed on the island just in time for the skies to clear and the beaches to dry up, and Jordan got down on a knee after convincing me we were just going to get a stranger to quickly take our picture on the beach. As we walked down the beach, I said "Jordan, this spot is perfectly fine, let's just ask this person here." To which Jordan replied "The lighting is better over on this side of the beach..." And that's when I knew! It was such a surprise and went off without a hitch! We celebrated with a week in paradise with my parents, and we can't wait to continue the celebration with all of you in October 2025!
