Is there a shuttle?

There will be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the reception.

Do you have a wedding block?

Yes it is at the Double tree, please navigate to the Travel tab and follow the link to make your reservation. (The hotel is dog friendly!)

Kemper Lakes has a large parking lot, steps from the Clubhouse.

Where is the Ceremony?

Answer

Kemper Lakes Golf Club, it will be outside on the grass before heading to the patio and inside for the Cocktail hour and dinner.

Where is the Reception?

The reception will also be at Kemper Lakes Golf Club, this will take place inside.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We ask that you please keep your phone off and in your pocket or purse until after the ceremony.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please go to the RSVP tab and type in your name. This will give you the option to RSVP for you and your guests or family members associated with your name. Please choose your dinner choice as well.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we simply do not have space for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

What food will be served and what if I have a dietary restriction?

You will have the option to choose your food options when RSVPing, please add your dietary restrictions along with your food choice.

What time is the evening reception scheduled to end?

11:45PM Those staying at the hotel can leave their cars at Kemper if necessary. There will be a shuttle back to the Doubletree..
