Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will have welcome drinks at Sunset Grill, just up the street from the Hyatt and the Slackline hotels, on Friday at 7pm.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the "RSVP" page on this website once open. We will notify you when this is available. Please submit your RSVP by January 1, 2027 so we can plan accordingly!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are invited. Please discuss with Paige and Bennett if you need a guest.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. This allows all our guests to fully relax, enjoy the evening, and create memorable moments together without distraction.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is formal. For women, this means a long evening dress (long sleeves, light jacket or shawl welcome) and for men, a suit and tie are appropriate. We will be outdoors for the ceremony & cocktail hour, and indoors for dinner & dancing.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate vegetarian or pescatarian restrictions. Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttle service to and from the Hyatt and Slackline hotels. Buses will leave from designated hotels at 3:15pm. Buses will return at 9pm & 11pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at The Red Earth. However, overnight parking is NOT allowed. Please plan to use the provided shuttle transportation or a designated driver if you plan to consume alcohol. Uber/Lyft are not available in Moab.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled & grab a drink. Buses will leave hotels at 3:15pm and arrive at 3:30pm.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment. However, please enjoy taking lots of photos once the party begins & share as you please.
