We kindly ask that all guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. This is an unplugged ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment with us. Don’t worry — we’ll have professional photographers capturing everything! Feel free to take all the photos you like during the cocktail hour and reception.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is formal attire. Please no sneakers, flip flops, or casual wear. Gentlemen are required to wear a tie. Dress to impress — and keep in mind the wedding is outdoors, so plan footwear accordingly!

Yes, we kindly encourage guests to lean into the warm, earthy tones that complement our wedding palette. Think rich fall colors like rust, olive, copper, or deep green.

Are there any colors to avoid?

We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing bright white or ivory to let the bride shine in her special look. Also, neon or super bright colors may clash with the natural, rustic vibe of our day.

Yes, black is always classic! If you choose black, feel free to warm it up with accessories in burnt orange, gold, or sage.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive by 12:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00 PM, and we want everyone to be seated and ready to share in this special moment with us

What if I arrive late to the ceremony?

If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you may be asked to wait until an appropriate moment to be seated. To ensure the experience is special and uninterrupted for everyone, please plan to arrive on time.

Is there parking at the venue?

What should I do if I can’t make it?

We’ll miss you! If you’re unable to attend, please select “Will Not Attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you’ve already RSVP’d “Will Attend” but your plans have changed, kindly reach out to TiAsia or Ricardo as soon as possible to let us know.

What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline?

We love you—but due to catering and seating deadlines, we won’t be able to accommodate guests who RSVP after June 1, 2026. If something changes last minute, please still reach out to TiAsia or Ricardo. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee availability after the deadline. Thanks for understanding and helping us plan smoothly!
