Due to our venue having limited capacity, we ask that you only bring a guest if your invitation lists one. Please reach out to Tiara or Ross if you have any questions.
Tlaquepaque, our venue, will start to shut down around 6 PM. Parking should start to clear out. It is also located in downtown and will be walking distance, if you are staying close.
Yes, Sedona is a 2 hour drive from the Phoenix area. You can drive it in a day if needed, although we highly recommend staying a night to enjoy the red rocks and explore town. Also, keep in mind that Sedona is a popular tourist destination and traffic can vary getting in and out of town.
The main airport most people fly into in Phoenix is Phoenix Sky Harbor. You will have the most flight options there. There is also an airport in Mesa called Mesa Gateway which flys some smaller airlines and may be more affordable. Sedona and Flagstaff also do have a smaller airport.
Don’t fear, Sedona is cooler than Phoenix in June and will typically have a high of 96 with a low of 61 throughout the month. Will it still be hot? Yes, but the dry heat can feel different. If you are hiking in the area we suggest waking up early and bringing LOTS of water. Our ceremony will be at 6 PM.
Please RSVP as soon as possible! :)
Please only bring your kids if your invitation lists them. Thank you for understanding.
Sedona is a tourist destination and getting in and out of town can vary. If you are staying out of town, give yourself extra time to enter downtown.
Earlier is better, as Sedona is a tourist destination and not huge in size. See our page on accommodation suggestions.
Very few, if you plan to shuttle in from the PHX airport, we suggest staying downtown. There are private shuttles you can schedule for rides within Sedona or taxi options you could coordinate.
