When should I RSVP by?

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be held at the YMCA of The Rockies - Estes Park, Colorado.

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

Guest flying in for the wedding should fly in to Denver International Airport.

Question

Will there be transportation from the airport?

Answer

Guest will be responsible for coordinating their own transportation from the airport to the venue and back.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The high for May is estimated to be in the mid to low 60's and lows in the 30's. Please pack and plan accordingly. WE RECOMMEND ALL GUEST BRING A JACKET IN CASE THE WEDDING IS OUTDOORS!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive for the ceremony at 3:45. The ceremony will start on time at 4pm!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a welcome party the night before the wedding 4/30/2025 and a brunch the morning after the wedding on 5/2/2025

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No, only guest named on your invitation are invited to come to the wedding reception and ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, unless they are specified on your invitation and you see their name when you are RSVPing.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend guests book rooms at the YMCA where the wedding is taking place. There are a few hotels nearby including The Stanley Hotel, The Estes Park Resort, and Murphy's Resort. Guests can also book accommodations through Airbnb.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking close by for both! They are both going to be at the YMCA, however you are allowed to drive around if you do not wish to walk.

Suggestions for meals outside of different wedding events?

Answer

Guests can go to the cafeteria at the YMCA for breakfast lunch and dinner. The info about times and prices are below. Breakfast: 7:00am – 9:00am Adults - $15* Children (6-12) - $8* Lunch: 11:00am – 1:00pm Adults - $19* Children (6-12) - $11* Dinner: 4:30pm – 8:00pm Adults – $21.50* Children (6-12) - $15* Children 5 and under eat for free. It is a Buffet style cafeteria. Guest are welcome to go off campus to any restaurants nearby.
