Question
Do I need to book a place to stay?
Answer
We have rented a place that can house all the guests as well as us, so you don't have to book a hotel unless you want to!

When do I need to get there/leave by?
Answer
Our reservation is from the 20th to the 24th. Please arrive no earlier than 4pm on the 20th and leave no later than 10am on the 24th. You can arrive later and leave earlier as you need, just please be present on the 22nd!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
No, due to hard caps on our reservation and to have the ceremony in the National Park, we will not have the space for additional guests.

What's the dresscode?
Answer
Semi-formal, ties optional. Solid fall colors are preferred for group photos. We will be in a National Park in October, so wear shoes that can get a little dirty and dress in layers!

When and where will the ceremony be?
Answer
We're having the ceremony at 4:45 under the big tree at the Tanner's Ridge Overlook. Please arrive before then so that we can start on time and have ample time for photos with everyone after.

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend guests carpool to limit the number of vehicles needed. We'll cover the entry fee to the park regardless.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We already asked about food restrictions, so we should already know this info but feel free to remind us. Dinner on the wedding day will be at a restaurant so you should be able to find something on the menu that will meet your needs.

Speaking of dinner, where are we eating?
Answer
We have a reservation at the Chop House Bistro from 7:00-8:30p.m. You can find the menu at https://www.chopbistro.com/dinner-menu. We'll cover a starter, main, one extra side, and a drink for each guest. If you'd like to order more we ask you to open a separate tab for any additional items.

Yes! We'll have cake back at the Airbnb.

Do you have other events planned?
Answer
No, we just plan to hang out for a few days. We'll bring cards and board games and there's plenty of places to visit for a day trip.
