Do I need a parking pass?
Answer
Yes. For guest staying in the home please make sure to get a parking pass upon arrival. The security guard will give you a pass at the gate. They will ask you what is the check out date and you will say May 28th. Please have your I.D, as it is required to check in. Then you can go directly to the home. For guest visiting on the ceremony day ONLY, give the security guard the address of the home and they will give you a temporary parking pass. Please have your I.D, as it is required to check in.

What are the parking instructions for guest residing in the home or visiting day-to-day?

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: This home has limited on-site parking. If additional parking is needed, single-side parking is allowed along (1) designated side of the street (the right side). Please do not park in the grass or empty lots. Remember to abide by all parking signs. Parking is also available at the Nicklaus Clubhouse. Nicklaus Clubhouse Location/direction: once you go through the security guard take the first right on Tradition Blvd. The clubhouse is located on the left hand side on Nickalaus Clubhouse Lane.

Where to park for the wedding ceremony?
Answer
Guest parking: ALL GUEST (including guest residing in the home) will need to park on the right side of Desert Mountain Ct. Street (the street of the home). The overflow of cars can park at the Nicklaus Clubhouse, as there may not be enough room to park on the right side of the street. If you’re parking at the Nikalous Clubhouse m, you can be picked up by a family member; Charles Douglas (407) 247-7907 or Mackel Warren (407) 451-3610. They will bring you to the home for the ceremony or there are also shuttles available to bring you directly to the home as well. PLEASE GIVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME FOR PARKING, TO CONTACT DESIGNATED DRIVERS FOR PICK UP AND TO BE TRANSPORTED TO THE HOME FOR THE CEREMONY!!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 4:15pm to park on the right side of the street or at the designated parking area, as we will be starting promptly at 5pm! If you are late and arrive after the start time of the ceremony, you will NOT be allowed to enter the home until the wedding ceremony has been completed.

For guest who are not residing in the home, please contact Charles Douglas (407) 247-7907 or Mackel Warren (407) 451-3610 once you have arrived at the designated parking area (Nicklaus Clubhouse) to be picked up and transported to the home.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, please dress in formal attire. There are no specific request of colors to wear to the ceremony. However, for those who would like to match the color scheme of the wedding, the colors are Dusty Rose, Blush, Rose Gold, Ivory, and Toffee Brown.
