Question

WHEN ARE WE TRAVELING?

Answer

We are traveling the 27th. We will be staying in downtown Playa Del Carmen once we get off the flight. Then Wednesday morning we will be at Xcaret until Sunday

Question

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we are having a kids-free wedding so parents can relax and enjoy their adult time. However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so please know they are welcome at Hotel Xcaret! The hotel recommends the Xiquillos Kids Club on-site, as well as Kangaroo Kids Club, a highly rated local babysitting service: http://babysitting.com.mx/

Question

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE HOTEL'S ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE?

Answer

Food and Drinks all of the hotel restaurants and bars are included in the cost of the room as well as entrance to 8 of the Xcaret Parks which include activities such as zip lining, white water rapids, snorkeling, jungle river tubing tours, tree high ropes course, and tours of the local Mayan Ruins and city of Tulum. Additionally, transportation to and from the airport and between all the parks is also included.

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Beach formal: dresses and light weight suits are encouraged, but please wear what you feel most comfortable in! Comfortable shoes are encouraged because there will be LOTS of dancing! -Men: suit with or without jacket/tie, khaki pants with a button-down shirt, closed toed shoes or sandals, etc. Please no shorts :) -Women: cocktail dresses, beachy/flowy dresses, skirts/shirt, wedges, espadrilles, nice sandals, etc. There are a bunch of sandy areas around the resort, so women should opt for chunky heels or sandals. Of course, feel free to take your shoes off when the dancing starts!
