Tiah and Kori met in April 2015 in Downtown Detroit, after talking for hours over a couple of Margaritas, it was clear to us both that we wanted to spend more time together in the near future. We scheduled a date for the next day, where we enjoyed each others company walking along the river in Downtown Detroit and then headed to dinner. At dinner we talked for hours and was able to get to know each other even more. Following dinner, we went to one of our downtown casinos, and sat at the bar talking while listening to music as the night winded down. We parted ways for the night but continued to keep in touch as the days went by. After several other dates, meeting each other's families and growing more feelings for each other, Kori proposed at On The Border Mexican restaurant on October 16, 2016 (Sweetest Day) .... and the rest is history!
