In December of 2019, Tia and Griff matched on a dating app called Hinge. After messaging back and forth, they had their first date at the Beer Market in Vernon Hills. There was an immediate connection between Griff and Tia; they bonded over their family, faith, sports, and work. It didn't take long for their love and friendship to grow deeply.
