Best Man
What can I say about Cesar? He truly is a friend closer than a brother. We have been roommates for over 4 years through which we shared some amazing memories, laughs and deep conversations. He has always been a huge support, a great encourager, and is someone I know whom I can always rely on to be in my corner when I need it the most.
Maid of Honor
Kaylie and I met back in college and were in campus ministry together! We shared a room and bonded over country music and coffee. She has been a loyal friend through some of my darkest days and has always been the sensible one to my crazy ideas! She has the softest sweetest heart and I am excited to have her by my side on my big day.
Best Man
David (The Baby Bear) Caprio... the real MVP in supporting our relationship. He has always been there for me when I needed a last minute double, a third wheel or most importantly, fashion and spiritual advice. Apart from his role in the relationship, David’s friendship, his genuine love and encouragement have always built me up to be a better version of me.
Maid of Honor
Venessa and I were roommates right before I moved to New Jersey and she has been a rock in my relationship with Sam. She was the first person to know that I had a crush on Sam and the first person to fly out to New Jersey to scope him out for herself! She even drove with me 18 hours across the country when I moved! I couldn't imagine getting married without her!
Groomsman
Boris has influenced my life in more ways than I can count. He has been a spiritual advisor, a financial mentor, an older brother, and someone I can go to when life gets crazy. A conversation with him leaves me super hopeful and encouraged. His gentleness and patience toward me when I need help keep me amazed and inspired. I can’t express the amount of love and affection he and his family have shown me — from the countless Taco Thursdays his wife, Marlene prepares for me to the winged adventures with his kids and working on home projects — all of which truly make me feel at home and have gotten me through some of the toughest times in my life.
Bridesmaid
Cassie and I met after she moved to Minnesota when we were in Elementary school. We became close friends after living together in college! Cassie is a devoted and trustworthy friend who never lets distance impact our friendship. We have been able to bond closer over our love for coffee, Friends, and teaching! She also has been an amazing example of a wife to me!
Groomsman
Cicero... Is there anything this man doesn't do? An avid traveler, a designer, and an artist who is SUPER creative, a great cook, an amazing dancer, MMA fighter, business man, singer, dog dad, and an event planner among other things. Despite all this and more under his belt, he still chooses to be a humble friend; always there to support and help in every way possible. I can’t list all the ways Cicero has been there for me over the years, his generosity and servitude have always humbled and inspired me.
Bridesmaid
Sarah and I have been friends since childhood. I watched her fall in love and move across the country to be with a man on the east coast and thought, "Good for her, but I would never do that..." Guess I just hadn't met the right man to get me to move across the country yet! Now we live a short 4 hour car ride apart! Sarah is my friend who taught me how to be bold and adventurous! There has never been a dull moment in our friendship when she was around.
Groomsman
I've had some of the most random and craziest adventures with Justin ever, from clocking over 115 on 287S in my civic (RIP) to having some of the SPICIEST food I’ve ever eaten (I love spicy food and I still regret it for a whole week). I never know what comes up next whenever we hang out. His humor, endless list of crazy stories and his ability to always relate and give me a fresh perspective on things always make spending time with Justin something I cherish a lot.
Bridesmaid
Chelsea is my wisest friend. She is the person who I know I can always count on to bring me back to God and back to his truth. She has helped me to stay faithful through rough times and has been laughing by my side through the best times! I could spend hours and hours talking to her and never get tired of the conversation. Her and her husband also fed me about 50% of my meals in college haha.
Groomsman
It is hard to choose a groomsman amongst Tia’s brothers when they are all genuinely supportive; making me feel welcomed and part of the family. So I am going with someone I had a few adventures with... from riding crazy mechanical bulls to some near death experiences (you should ask him for details), Tyler Unger. His quirky jokes, goofy personality, and his willingness to create opportunities for me to hang out with Tia and her family had been a huge support in creating fun memories and building a deeper relationship with Tia.
Bridesmaid
Rachel is family, because she married into my crazy family! She has been someone who I can always count on to smile or laugh when I need it. I've seen her marriage with my older brother and I have seen many things I want to emulate into my marriage with Sam. She is a warm, kind-hearted women! Not to mention, probably one of the most joyful people you will ever meet!
Groomsman
Like I said... It’s hard to choose one so I picked two of Tia’s brothers. Jeff is a calm yet fun little brother (in law) I love hanging out with. His killer baking skills, thoughtful gifts and the random deep conversations we get into always make me enjoy my time in MN. He proved his real awesomeness when I needed help with planning and sneaking in gifts for Tia when we were dating long distance.
Bridesmaid
Chelsea has been my rock since I moved to New Jersey! She was my first real friend I made and has been a crucial piece in mine and Sam's relationship. She has been talked into being our third wheel more times than I can count and has been by my side during my transition. Her friendship during this pandemic has been refreshing to my soul!
