Welcome to Our Love Story

Their story began in 2011 at C.E. King High School, in the most unexpected way. Phil caught her attention with a bold Valentine’s Day Facebook post, saying he had a rose for every girl at school. Something about him stood out, and through a mutual friend, she made it known she thought he was cute. Phil felt the same, but he was hesitant. He had never dated a plus-size beauty before and wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Still, he gathered the courage to reach out. When he finally called, his shyness was undeniable. In the hallways at school, he could barely even look her in the eyes. But everything changed the day he asked her on a simple walk in the park. It was there, in that quiet moment, that they shared their first kiss, and from that point on, their connection began to grow into something real. She had changed his perspective, and before long, he had fallen in love. They became high school sweethearts, building a foundation over three years filled with young love, laughter, and growth. As life led them into college, they made the difficult decision to take a step back to focus on their individual paths, continuing to grow into who they were meant to become while still remaining connected. Years later, in 2020, their story found its way back to where it all began. This time, it was different. They had both grown, changed, and evolved, and now they had to learn each other all over again. Through travel, new experiences, and shared dreams, they rediscovered their love, deeper and more intentional than before. As they stepped into new careers and began talking about a future together, life brought them an even greater blessing. In 2023, Phil asked her to spend forever with him. They welcomed their beautiful baby girl shortly after. What began as a shy high school connection has grown into a love built on time, growth, and unwavering commitment. And now, surrounded by family and friends, they are ready to begin their next chapter, together.
