We're getting Married

Caleb planned a memorable day hike to Box Camp. He coordinated with his dad, Bob, who was hiding in the bushes at the top of the mountain to capture the moment on video. To make it seem like it was just the two of us on the trail, Bob parked his truck in a different spot. When we reached the summit, Caleb got down on one knee and proposed, and that’s when Bob emerged from the trees, filming the entire beautiful moment. It was the most romantic proposal we could have imagined, perfectly reflecting Caleb’s love for the wilderness and the mountains. This special place will always hold a significant meaning for us as we start our new adventure together!

Caleb graduated from Yreka High School, and Tia from Weed High School. Despite being from neighboring schools, their paths never crossed—though Caleb swears he knew of Tia and even tried to talk to her! Tia, on the other hand, doesn’t remember a thing. Their love story really took off when Tia was working in Fort Jones. One evening, she and a friend decided to treat themselves to dinner at a local restaurant. Little did they know, Caleb and his family were there too! Tia can still picture Caleb making his rounds, walking back and forth near their table, trying to catch her attention. Just a few days later, fate stepped in again. Tia and Caleb ran into each other at Rockside Ranch, where they both happened to be working. That second meeting felt different—like the start of something real. From there, things began to fall into place, and their story truly began. Now, they couldn’t be more excited to start their forever together.
