Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

In order to finalize seating, catering, and all of the other fun wedding details, we ask that your RSVP be complete by April 1st. After April 1st, we will assume you are unfortunately unable to celebrate with us!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Incarnation. We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before to find parking and a seat in the church!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at both the ceremony and reception locations! At the cathedral, parking is around back in a lot or a cathedral-specific parking garage.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for our guests to join us in semi-formal or cocktail attire! Think of suits, blazers, flowy dresses, linen, and florals. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be taking place in a Catholic cathedral and to dress accordingly. The reception location has several areas of uneven ground (gravel walkways, grassy fields, etc.), and cocktail hour will be mostly outdoors. If you have not been to Tennessee in May before, be prepared for some heat and humidity!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed to "the ___ family", your entire immediate family is invited- children included! However, if your invitation is addressed to only 1 or 2 individuals, the invitation is exclusively meant for those individuals.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

All plus-ones will be explicitly stated on your invitation. If your invitation is addressed with only your name, you are the person we want to celebrate with!

Question

I have a food allergy, so can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP, there will be a section for you to answer a question about dietary restrictions. We will take the responses to the caterer.
