Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We welcome you to begin arriving at the ceremony at 3:00PM. The ceremony will begin at 3:30.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. There is plenty of parking! If you find yourself wanting to leave your car overnight, you can. It must be picked up by 11am the following day.

Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Ceremony beginning at 3:30pm, cocktail hour is from 4pm to 5pm. Reception will be indoors from 5:30pm to 10:30pm.

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

We are asking that you wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. No jeans please.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. Your invitation will be address with your name and guest if we were able to accommodate a plus one.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not take pictures during the ceremony. We have a professional for that and would rather have you be truly present with us. During the reception please take as many pictures as you would like! We will have QR codes on each table and would love for you to upload your pictures and share them with us!

Are we able to bring our own alcohol? Smoking?

Answer

Outside drinks are not allowed. There will be an open bar with beer, wine and liquor options. Please tip the bartenders if you are able to. There is also no drinking outside of the venue, with the exception of cocktail hour. Smoking in designated areas only. No vaping inside the venue. Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas only. No vaping inside please.

What food and drinks will be served?

Answer

During cocktail hour there will be light snacks along with beer and wine as well as sodas and water. Dinner will be a buffet and there will also be dessert. Beer, wine and liquor options will be available. Please tip the bartenders if you can.

What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

Seating.

Answer

We will not have a seating chart or assigned tables. Tables are reserved for the wedding party and immediate family. Please find somewhere to sit for dinner and make a new friend! You’ll be on the dance floor or Photo Booth after that anyway!
