Join Us in Our Happily Ever After

Diamond and Kevin met at work. During an overtime shift, Kevin noticed her eating her last chicken wing at the lunch table. He was instantly captivated by her beauty and couldn’t help but stare. She caught his attention and playfully asked if he needed help. From that moment on, he made an effort to seek her out whenever their work shifts overlapped. After several encounters, she finally sent a direct message and invited him on a date. With that said, she was the brave one! Our first date took us to a nail salon (not Kevin’s preferred choice) and then to an out-of-town restaurant. From that point on, we developed a strong bond that made us inseparable. Our shared love for travel and trying new foods brought us closer. Our first trip was to Las Vegas, where we discovered In-N-Out Burger. (It was decent, but a bit overhyped.) Our next adventure took us internationally to the Dominican Republic, where we encountered Dominican Fried Chicken and encountered beach salesmen. (We were unfortunately charged to take a picture with a monkey and parrot without our permission.) These initial trips fueled our desire to explore the world. Whether it was a short drive to support a family member or a long trip to Jamaica with our closest friends, we were always ready to embark on new adventures. One thing about Diamond is her unwavering commitment to family and their well-being. She is always there for them, whether it’s a minor illness or something more serious. Unfortunately, Kevin was diagnosed with a severe illness that required constant care and attention. Diamond put everything aside and ensured that he received the best possible care, doing everything she could to bring him as close to 100% as possible. This is when Kevin knew without a doubt that she was the one for him. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, our planned proposal didn’t go as expected. But Diamond didn’t let that dampen her spirits. On April 16, 2024, Kevin surprised her with a proposal in their home. She was overjoyed and exclaimed, “Yes!” Since the proposal, we’ve been preoccupied with our future and living with a “What’s next” mindset. We’ve been prioritizing our health, traveling, fashion, and making the most of life. Since you’re receiving this invitation, we’d be honored if you could join us in our story.
