Doors to the event center open at 5:00 PM. Arrive and mingle while preparations to the ceremony begin. Start to make your way to the ceremony area and be seated prior to 5:30 PM. Ceremony starts promptly at 5:30 PM. In order for the night to run smoothly, there will be no late seating after the event starts. Please plan accordingly.
