Are kids welcome?

Kids are welcome as long as they do not cause you to exceed the number of seats reserved for you. If you'd prefer to find a local sitter, Disney recommends: http://www.sittersunlimited.com/

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving around 30-45 minutes ahead of time to allow for self parking and walking to the Brisa Courtyard (inside of the Grand Californian Hotel).

Where should I park?

Answer

Free parking will be offered starting 1 hour before the ceremony, until 1 hour after the ceremony in the California Grand Hotel Self Parking area.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

What should I wear?

Answer

You will be outdoors the entirety of the event. We recommend wearing something that you will be comfortable in. Women: Afternoon dress; dressy skirt or pants and blouse. Men: Sports jacket or blazer, slacks, tie optional. Colors of the event: Fall colors (Burgundy, Reds, Oranges, Peaches) and Black. What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

The ground is brick in the courtyard, so ladies heels may not be comfortable.
