Sonesta Bee Cave Austin Hill Country (ROOM BLOCK SOLD OUT)

$169 Single/Double Occupancy (based on availability) & 25 minutes from venue Sonesta is great option for your stay! It is the closest hotel to the venue (25 minutes) and has a laid back resort atmosphere. Block dates are 11/14 check in and check out at 11/16. Sonesta has a rooftop bar and restaurant that is available from 4pm-10pm everyday. Based on the Sonesta's availability you can stay at the group rate up to 2 days pre and post if you would like. The Sonesta is right next to the Galleria with about 75 different shops and restaurants that are walkable from the hotel. They also have a complimentary shuttle from the Sonesta to the Galleria by appointment.

King $107 & Double Queen $109 (based on availability) & 30 minutes from venue This is our most affordable option for your stay! It is a newer hotel built in 2020 with a complimentary breakfast. It is conveniently located with walkable shopping, dining, and an H-E-B if you forget anything.

AC Hotel Austin Hill Country (ROOM BLOCK CLOSED)

Standard King $209 & Standard 2 Queen $209 & 35 minutes from venue AC Hotel (Marriott Property) is a modern sophisticated European property that is a beautiful place for your stay! It is a bit further from our venue, it has an amazing rooftop bar with great views of Austin. There are some restaurants and a movie theater walkable from the hotel, as well as the marigold market, which is a mini convenience store if you forget anything.
