Conner Prairie
Conner Prairie is a scenic living history museum where you can step into Indiana’s past through interactive exhibits and historic villages. It was one of Kari’s favorite places to visit growing up and is a great spot to explore while you're in town. Make sure to check out the loom house!
Indianapolis Museum of Art
The Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields features beautiful galleries and gardens, and is located about 20 minutes south of the Ritz Charles. A great spot to explore during your stay.
The Children's Museum of Indianapolis
About 25–30 minutes from the Ritz Charles, but the Indianapolis Children’s Museum is one of the highest-ranked in the country. A little farther out, but a really fun option if you’re looking for something kid-friendly. Must see the dinosaur exhibit!
Monon Trail
The Monon Trail runs right through Carmel and offers miles of scenic walking and biking paths. It’s an easy, nearby option if you want some fresh air or are looking to stretch your legs after a long travel day!
