We're tying the knot!

We met when I (Sierra) went on deployment to Rota, Spain brand new in the Navy and in the battalion. Tyler was already in the battalion. At first we didn't talk as much but I started working for Tyler organizing storage containers from Africa. He always cared about how I was doing and if I was drinking enough water. I could tell he liked me from the beginning but I don't think he wanted to admit to himself. We eventually did gain feelings for each other the more we talked and hung out with friends. Some things happened to draw us apart and go separate ways. But in March 2018 I was being caring and checking in on how he was after 2 years of not talking. He asked me if we wanted to finally give us a try. I was hesitant and protective of myself but finally agreed. It was the best decision of my life. If I got anything great out of my military career it's him.
