A Note on the Wedding Hotel Block & AirB&B

Seeing as there is a saturation of hotels within short distance to the venue, we're providing a few options for everyone to stay at but we do not have a traditional hotel block. There are a variety of different experiences & price points listed below or feel free to go "off menu" and find somewhere that suits you! AirB&B can be a frustrating experience in NYC seeing as it is largely an illegal practice. Often times, hosts will cancel last minute leaving you with nowhere to stay so we recommend playing it safe with a hotel instead.

Flight

LaGuardia Airport

LaGuardia Airport (LGA) is the closest airport to Williamsburg, just a 20-30 minute Uber or taxi ride away. It’s a great option for domestic travelers, with newly renovated terminals and plenty of dining options. 🚕 Getting to Williamsburg: Uber/Lyft: ~20-30 minutes (depending on traffic) Taxi: Flat rate available at the airport Public Transit: Take the Q70-SBS bus to the subway for a budget-friendly option If you're flying in, this is the most convenient airport for a quick and easy arrival! ✈️

Flight

JFK Airport

JFK is New York’s largest airport, offering domestic and international flights. It’s about a 40-60 minute Uber or taxi ride to Williamsburg, depending on traffic. 🚕 Getting to Williamsburg: Uber/Lyft: ~40-60 minutes Taxi: Flat rate to Brooklyn available Public Transit: Take the AirTrain to the subway (J or L train) for a more budget-friendly option (~60-75 minutes) If you're flying in from abroad or looking for more flight options, JFK is a solid choice! ✈️

Flight

Newark International Airport

Newark Airport (EWR) is another option for both domestic and international flights, located in New Jersey. Travel time to Williamsburg is about 45-75 minutes depending on traffic. 🚕 Getting to Williamsburg: Uber/Lyft: ~45-75 minutes Taxi: Available at the airport Public Transit: Take the AirTrain to NJ Transit, then transfer to the subway (a budget-friendly but longer option) If you find a great flight deal, Newark can be a convenient choice—just plan for a longer ride into Brooklyn! ✈️

Note for Public Transportation

For those looking for a true NYC adventure, public transportation is a great option! Google Maps and Apple Maps provide accurate subway and bus directions to help you navigate the city with ease. 🚇 The L train is the most direct subway line to Williamsburg, with stops at Bedford Ave and Lorimer St, just a short ride from Manhattan. 🚌 Buses and Citi Bikes are also available for those who prefer to explore above ground! Taxis and ride-shares are always an option, but if you’re up for it, riding the subway is a fun and classic New York experience.
