Question
How do I RSVP?
Answer
Formal invitations will be sent out closer to our wedding date. You will be able to RSVP online once you receive your invitation.
Question
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. (Please bring sunglasses!) In the case of rain or extreme heat, we will have our ceremony inside the Oak Barn.

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Dress comfortably for the heat (and to dance) and bring your sunglasses. Since it'll be hot, shorter-length cocktail dresses and short-sleeve dress shirts are totally fine! Please note that the ceremony will be held on grass, so block heels, wedges, or sandals are recommended.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

We have chosen to make our special day adults-only with the hopes that all guests can take the time to relax and enjoy themselves. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We are excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends and therefore are unable to accommodate plus ones unless they are named on the invitation. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
Question
Will there be transportation to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! Shuttles will depart from Home2Suites in Leesburg and will take you directly to the ceremony. Shuttles will also take guests back to the hotel at the end of the night. Shuttles will depart from Home2Suites in Leesburg (420 Fort Evans Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176) at 3:45PM & 4:00PM. Shuttles will take guests back to Home2Suites at 11PM when the reception is over.

Is there parking available at the Oak Barn?
Answer
There are 40 parking spots available for guests at the Oak Barn, so parking is limited. Please consider carpooling or parking at/Ubering to the Home2Suites hotel in Leesburg and taking the shuttle from there instead. Shuttles will also take guests back to the hotel at the end of the night.

Can I leave my car overnight?
Answer
If you leave your car overnight on Saturday, please make sure your car is picked up by 10AM the next morning on Sunday, September 1st.
