Welcome Dinner & Bonfire
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Once you’ve settled into your cottages, head down to the Leisure Deck for a casual BBQ and drinks on us. Food will be set out buffet‑style, so feel free to drop by anytime between 7:00-9:00pm and help yourself. Afterward, join us for a bonfire (time for smore's - yay)!

Morning Yoga
8:00 am - 9:00 am
Bring your yoga mat for a morning sun salutation led by the mother of the groom! Head on down to the main dock to begin the day with a fresh start.
Sunshine & Lake Time
9:00 am
Enjoy the sunshine and beautiful lake! Guests will have access to Springwood's beach, docks, kayaks, canoes, stand-up paddle boards, games room (with over 1000+ games), and more! We will not be providing lunch as we will be getting ready for the ceremony, so bring some snacks to have in your cottages.
Ceremony
4:30 pm
For the ceremony and reception our vision is garden formal. No jeans, shorts, or white attire please!
Join us at the beach for our wedding ceremony. Please note that this will be an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones stay put away and that no photos or videos be taken. This helps everyone stay fully present with us and allows our photography team to do their best work capturing the moment.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Enjoy celebratory post-ceremony refreshments and get ready for an amazing night. Meet us at the bar area - located between the Leisure Deck and the Main Tent. Time to take photos in those beautiful outfits!
Reception
6:30 pm
Join us for dinner and speeches (the best part of any wedding)!
Time to Dance!!!
8:00 pm
Now its time for the real fun to start! Bring your best dance moves and meet us on the dance floor. Don't worry we'll keep you going with an open bar and a late-night snack!

Pancake Breakfast
9:00 am - 11:00 am
Jump in the lake to wash away that hangover then head down to the Leisure Deck for a pancake breakfast made with love by the groomsmen! Gluten‑free pancakes will also be available. Guests have access to the property and their cottages until checkout at 3pm, so please enjoy the property and facilities. However, we understand many of you have travelled to be with us and need to be on your way. We will be around the Leisure Deck all morning giving our thanks and goodbyes.
