Flight Options: I would suggest flying into either Portland, Maine (1 hour from Boothbay) or Boston, Massachusetts (3 hours from Boothbay). If you fly into Boston you have the option to rent a car or there is also a bus option that can drop you off in Portland (Concord Coach Lines).
Hotels and Air BnBs: Places to stay in Boothbay would most convenient as the ceremony and reception will both take place there. But there are also lots of places to stay in surrounding areas such as Edgecomb, Damariscotta, Wiscasset, Bath or Brunswick.
