How do we get to the venue?

Answer

We will have a shuttle from the Hyatt Place Boulder/Pearl Street. Upon receiving your invitation, you will be able to opt in or out of the shuttle. Shuttles will depart the hotel at 4:30pm. There is parking at the venue + wheelchair accessibility. Ubers to the venue are not difficult from Longmont or Boulder. We recommend scheduling a return ride from our venue in Lyons as they will be scarce after our reception. Our reception ends at 11:30pm.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Although we love your little ones dearly, we ask that they please stay home for our wedding. If you are traveling with children and need resources for local childcare, please reach out directly to Zoe. Thank you for your understanding!

Tell me more about the masquerade!

Answer

We have always loved a good theme :) Being the night before Halloween, we wanted to do something fun in the spirit of spooky season. Masks are optional but encouraged. We will be providing a handful of masks but would love to see all our guests selection!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional/Formal + Masquerade masks are encouraged. Our wedding party will be in emerald green and we humbly request guests do not wear the same color.

Is your wedding outside?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outside on the lawn. October weather average is 55-70 degrees during our ceremony time, with temperatures dropping after sunset. We recommend a layer as the mountains get very chilly at night. Cocktail Hour- Indoor/Outdoor accessibility Reception- Indoor/Outdoor accessibility

Due to limited capacity we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!
