What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire requested. Please no jeans or shorts. Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, blazers/sports coats, collared shirts. Although our wedding falls on Halloween, we kindly ask that guests do not wear costumes.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive around 4pm so guests can be seated before our ceremony begins at 4:30pm.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors under a covered pavilion. The reception will take place indoors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone, but due to space limitations, we can only accommodate guests listed on your invitation.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love all your little ones but this will be an adults only celebration. Thank you for understanding and for making arrangements to celebrate with us!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved room blocks at two nearby hotels: Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - This hotel will be our designated pick up and drop off location for the shuttle bus. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wadsworth By IHG- Shuttle bus will NOT be provided at this hotel. Details and booking links can be found under the accommodations section of our website.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will run between the Cobblestone Hotel & Suites and the venue. Multiple trips will be made before the ceremony and return trips will run through midnight.

Can I drive myself?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at the venue. Guests are encouraged to use the shuttle if they plan to enjoy the bar. Please DO NOT drink & drive.
