YES! However, when traveling, use your common sense! Don't drink and drive, don't go out to the bars & start fights, don't drive recklessly, don't travel with any illegal substances (marijuana is illegal in Mexico). Most importantly - be respectful!

If you are flying into Tijuana - Yes! If you are driving - we HIGHLY recommend a Passport or Passport card to cross back into the US as you can take a the Ready Lane back into the USA. Technically, if you are an American citizen, you don't need a passport to cross back into the US (a government ID & Birth Certificate will do). If you are traveling without a passport, you will need to take the General Line home.
