We met one night at our favorite watering hole, the Dog House Bar. At the time it was called Firehouse Bar. Ross had become a recent regular at the bar and I had been a regular for years. But one night we happened to cross paths. Ross was sitting at one end of the bar near the door. I walked in and sat near the grill (across the way from Ross). I saw him as soon as I sat down, and he noticed me as well. He was exactly my type. Tall, handsome, great smile and those baby blues. Unfortunately, we are both fairly shy people when it comes to talking to strangers. Our bartender Johnny happened to know both of us separately and he saw a potential connection. As Johnny and I joked around, he asked Ross to chime in on our conversation. He eventually came over and sat next to me and we chatted all night. We've basically been inseparable ever since.
