Kyle and I first met my Senior Year of High School at Prom and the last decade is history...Just Kidding! We continued our journey as Falcons for the next 4 years at UW-River Falls where we obtained our degrees & many countless nights of laughter, hockey games & Ramen noodles. From there we both ventured into our careers at State Farm & a few years later I opened my own Agency. Kyle and I endured a lot of support from one another and grew to learn a lot about our relationship. Through the years we have been lucky enough to travel quite a bit and create countless memories through new experiences, locations, culture and food. We welcomed the light of our lives Teagan Rae Hicks to the world last year and look forward to showing our family & each other continued love. In a world like today we feel it’s important to embrace happiness and spread peace & love. ❤️✌ Now get your dance shoes ready....It’s going to be a fun day!

Kyle brought me back to the place we VERY first met years ago, Island Lake Park. In what I thought was a family visit to the park quickly turned into the start of a very exciting day. As Teagan played it cool napping in her stroller, Kyle got down on one knee and popped the question! Following, we headed to our jeweler where I got to pick out the exciting details on my engagement ring. He then surprised me with dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, Ruth Chris, which is also where we celebrated our very first Anniversary. We ended our special day with some fun at Grand Casino sipping on Champagne, dancing to live music and of course donating some money to the slot machines. ;) All in all, he captured so much of our history in one day and we will always remember it!
