We first met at Sewell BMW of Plano, where we both worked. But it wasn’t until we joined the company volleyball league that our story truly began. After one of the early games, we grabbed some beers with the team—nothing out of the ordinary at first. But as we talked more, something just clicked. Johnny couldn’t help but notice how easy it was to be around Kelsey. She was not only beautiful, but funny, confident, and a genuinely great person to talk to. Then came the moment that kicked everything off. Kelsey casually asked Johnny what he was doing that Friday. He said, “Nothing,” and without missing a beat, she grinned and said, “Well, I guess we’re going out then.” It was bold, unexpected, and totally her. From that night on, we were inseparable. We quickly discovered we shared so much—especially a competitive streak when it comes to sports and a deep love for the outdoors. We’ve spent countless weekends camping, hiking, fishing, and exploring together. One of our favorite trips took us to Grand Teton National Park. We camped overnight under the stars and hiked to the peaceful shoreline of Jackson Lake. That’s where Johnny got down on one knee and asked Kelsey to marry him. From a casual beer after a volleyball game to the adventure of a lifetime—we’re so grateful for every step that brought us here, and we can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter with you.
