Kate & Austin

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, Austin and Kate both swiped right on Bumble. Kate messaged Austin first and said, "Your dog is pretty cute... so are you!" Austin quickly replied, "Thanks! His name is Cooper." Kate's next message read, "No way! That's my dog's name, too!" From those first few words, Austin and Kate knew it was meant to be.

Kate and Austin's first date took place in Winona, MN. They walked around the lake, ate Perkins for lunch, drove up to Garvin Heights lookout, and talked for hours. It wasn't anything special, but it was enough to seal the deal!

After a few more successful dates, Austin officially asked Kate to be his girlfriend.

Austin finally proposed while watching the sunset on vacation in Cancún. It was the easiest "yes" of Kate's life!
