When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than January 30th, 2021. Please RSVP on this website.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our event is formal.

What will the weather be like in Phoenix, Arizona this time of year?

Answer

The average high-temperature in late February is between 71 and 82 degrees, while the average low-temperature is between 42 and 56 degrees.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The event will be held outdoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of the event, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Since you two eloped, will there be a ceremony?

Answer

Due to the unforeseen circumstances caused by COVID, we decided to postpone our original wedding date. Then, we ended up up eloping! We will not be having a wedding ceremony, but we are still celebrating with a traditional wedding reception!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free and located just out front of the clubhouse.

Are kids welcome? Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will accommodate children/guests if listed on your invitation RSVP.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! We will have cocktails and appetizers followed by a sit down meal.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have strict dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We will not have a room block but please see the Travel section of the website for our recommendations on accommodations.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Two of the hotels listed under the Travel section of the website will provide free transportation if 10 or more rooms are booked.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we love photos and videos! We encourage guests to post to their social medias, our only request is that you tag each with our wedding hashtag #icingonthecookie🍪 so we can keep track of them!

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

We will have a Welcome Event on Friday, February 26th at 6:00pm. We will update the location as soon as we finish planning it, and you may also RSVP on the website.
